How long will it take for my gift to ship?

Rapt in a Box gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days.  Once your order has been processed you will be sent a Tracking Reference No. so you are able to track your order.

How does shipping work?

All gifts are shipped from Noosa via Australia Post. Depending on your location your gift recipient should receive their gift within 1-7 business days. Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates, and that Australia Post does not guarantee delivery dates. If you need a gift to arrive on a specific day, please contact us on 0418 715 538 or email hello@raptinabox.com.au so we can make this happen for you.

Is it possible to pick up my order?

Absolutely! We offer a local pick-up service from our home in Cooroibah. Simply enter the discount code PICKUP at the Checkout and we will contact you shortly after, to arrange a time to pick up your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! As our products are non-perishable they are an ideal gift for a friend or loved one overseas. Please contact us if you would like to ship internationally so that we can work to find you the very best rate.

Returns and exchanges:

We take great care to ensure your gift arrives to you looking great! If your gift arrives worse for the wear, or you have any suggestions for how we can serve you better, please let us know. Also, if you are having trouble with your order please call 0418 715 538 so we help you right away!

What are the options for gift boxes?

All of our gifts are packaged in our sturdy E-flute gift boxes featuring a Herringbone Cotton bow with a beautiful Gift Card created by “In the Daylight”.

Do you make custom client gifts?

We love curating gifts from the products we are partnered with to create a client gift that best reflects your work, your branding, and your company! We are happy to send your client gifts either to you all at once, or directly to your clients with each booking.

Do you make corporate gifts?

Yes we do. We are happy to partner with businesses to create gifts for the holidays, parties, clients, sales initiatives, or for corporate events.
