This website is operated by Rapt in a Box Pty Limited. When you make a purchase from Rapt in a Box you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
These terms and conditions may be changed or amended at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, including and without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and/or contributors of content.
Orders will not be dispatched by Rapt in a Box until payment has been made. All prices are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service and shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification of price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Please note that for photographic purposes some gifts baskets have been featured with additional props such as flowers and plants. Please refer to the list of contents on the product page to review full gift basket contents. Should we not have one, or part of the requested gift box item available, we reserve the right to substitute that product, however guarantee the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item.
All of our Suppliers gift tags remain on every product so please ensure that all instruction and safety tags are read carefully before use. Safety especially with children’s toys is very important to us.
The price stated for each gift does not include delivery. This is a separate charge which is selected at the checkout.
If Rapt in a Box is charged a re-delivery fee by our courier due to inaccurate delivery details, that charge will be passed onto you. It is your responsibility to inform Rapt in a Box if an order has not arrived. We will then track and locate the order.
Rapt in a Box uses Australia Post for delivery of our gift baskets. We would like your gift baskets to always be delivered by the requested date, however, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances. You agree that late delivery does not entitle you to cancel an order.
By ordering a gift you acknowledge this authority-to-leave.
If a gift is not able to be found on the premises, and Rapt in a Box can provide evidence of delivery from the courier, then unfortunately this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement, as this is beyond our control.
In the unfortunate event of a Gift Box being damaged through the delivery process, please call us on 0418 715 538 to organise for the gift to be returned and replaced.
Cancellation of orders must be made 48 hours prior to delivery. If a gift has already been dispatched by us, we will not accept a cancellation under any circumstances.
Purchase and Sale of Alcohol
Rapt in a Box Pty Ltd supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Under the Liquor Act 1992 it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. It is also an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor from another person.
All alcoholic products offered for sale by Rapt in a Box are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years. Under Queensland Legislation gifts containing alcohol can only be purchased by someone other than the ultimate receiver and both the purchaser and the ultimate receiver need to be over 18 years of age.
Alcohol quantities are limited to 2 litres or 1 litre for spirits per recipient. When placing orders customers should ensure that they do not exceed sending the above permitted alcohol limits.
Purchaser Representation: By ticking the YES pop up Alcohol disclaimer on Rapt in a Box’s Website, the purchaser represents that they and the recipient, are over 18 years old. The purchaser accepts that it is an offence to falsely represent they are of legal age to purchase alcohol and to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person who is under 18 years.
Delivery: Upon delivery of Rapt in a Box products, the recipient may be required to provide a valid ID for proof of age and sign for the goods.
