How long will it take for my gift to ship?
Rapt in a Box gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed you will be sent a Tracking Reference Number so you are able to track your order.
How does shipping work?
All gifts are shipped from Noosa, Queensland via Australia Post. Depending on your location your gift recipient should receive their gift within 1-7 business days. Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates, and that Australia Post does not guarantee delivery dates. If you need a gift to arrive on a specific day, please contact us on 0418 715 538 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make this happen for you.
Is it possible to pick up my order?
Absolutely! We offer a local pick-up service from Noosaville. Simply enter a message in the Note area at Checkout and we will contact when your order is ready to collect.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally, however do have gift partners in other countries who we have aligned with to fulfill your gifting requirements.
Returns and exchanges:
We take great care to ensure your gift arrives to you looking great! If your gift arrives worse for the wear, or you have any suggestions for how we can serve you better, let us know. Also if you are having trouble with your order please call 0418 715 538 so we help you right away!
What are the options for gift boxes?
Our signature hampers are sturdy black magnetic closing hampers which are tied with a grosgrain black & white striped ribbon and gift tag. These are used for all corporate and food and alcohol orders. We also have brown kraft magnetic closing hampers which are tied with a belly band, coloured ribbon and finished off with a eucalyptus leaf and gift tag. We have a Build your Own section where you have the option to select which box you would like and also the products that you would like to include. Do you make custom client gifts?
We love curating gifts from the products we are partnered with to create a client gift that best reflects your work, your branding, and your company! We are happy to send your client gifts either to you all at once, or directly to your clients with each booking.

Yes we do! We are happy to partner with businesses to create gifts for the holidays, parties, clients, sales initiatives, or for corporate events.
