Schools Out!

It's nearly here, at the end of this week most children, if they haven't finished already, will have their last day of school for the year.  What happened, where did that year go?

  I have 2 boys, a thirteen and a twelve year old.  I have communicated with their teachers during the year to see how they are tracking and to let them know that they are appreciated....let's be honest, they deserve a medal!  Our children's teachers are people we rely on to give our children knowledge, confidence, support, guidance and assistance to reach their goals!  We know our kids are not always little angels and there are not many parents out there that have the time, or patients to home school their children, so I take my hat off to all the teachers out there!

I am sure teachers do not take up their profession just to get a little something at the end of the year, however everyone could use a little appreciation, whether it be a thank you, a card or you might be interested in choosing something that your child’s teacher would truly appreciate. We have gift ideas that if a bunch of parents get together, they can purchase a little something special for their child's teacher.

Right that's another thing ticked off the list, now for the Xmas shopping!
